Adopting vertical mixed‑flow combined with counter‑current & concurrent‑flow process, grains flow downwards by gravity continuously. The tower consists of multi‑section drying zones, tempering zones and cooling zones. The tempering process balances moisture inside and outside grain kernels and effectively lowers grain cracking rate.
